When someone searches for a therapist in their postcode, the platform returns up to 4 matching businesses. The lead can see all 4 and may contact any of them directly. The top 3 businesses also receive the lead's full contact details by email so they can follow up. The 4th business receives an alert that an enquiry was made in their area, but the lead's details are not included. Your position is determined by your listing level: CPL (cost per lead) ranks highest, followed by premium members (paid or free subscribers who display a link to our platform on their website), then paid subscribers, then free listings. Premium free members rank above standard free members but are still outranked by paid members. When multiple businesses are on the same level, the one covering fewer postcodes ranks higher.
