Hi, I’m Simon – counsellor, husband, and father of two beautiful children. Drawing on lived experience and professional expertise, I focus specifically on Men’s Mental Health, Addiction Counselling, and Grief & Loss. I also work with workplace stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, mindfulness-based therapy and anger management & reduction.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you will feel validated, heard, and supported. Together, we can explore your challenges, set meaningful goals, and rediscover your strengths to help you rediscover your sense-of-self and move toward the best version of yourself.
I’m warm, empathic… and also an exceptional listener! In addition to offering counselling services at clients homes, I also offer face-to-face, online, and phone counselling.
