Lifecare Homecare’s Dietetics team is part of our multi-disciplinary team of over 50 highly skilled allied health professionals dedicated to helping clients improve function, achieve their goals and maximise independence. Our dietitians assist with nutritional assessment, chronic disease management, medication interactions, digestive health, oral health, weight management, fall prevention, social isolation, cognitive health, and overall well-being. Dietitians play a crucial role in enhancing the health and vitality of clients in their homes and communities.
